MONTREAL - Rock icons Kiss and heavy-metal legends Motörhead have been added to the lineup for this summer's Heavy MTL festival, organizers announced Tuesday morning.
Both bands will play the second day of the two-day festival, which takes place July 23-24 at Jean Drapeau Park. Kiss will be the headliner on July 24, while Disturbed will top the bill July 23.
Other acts performing at the festival - which drew more than 40,000 metalheads to the park last year - include Godsmack, Billy Talent, Opeth, In Flames, Anthrax, Children of Bodom and more. (For a detailed lineup, visit heavymtl.com)
